Katie

Katie is a Certified Veterinary Technician that joined our team in 2023. Katie graduated and became a CVT in 2019 from Joliet Junior College in IL. She has been working in vet med since she was 17 years old. She fell in love with working with exotics after an internship at a wildlife center in Massachusetts. Katie says "I can't imagine being in a clinic without them, I especially adore working with birds". Katie has 1 dog who is a shorkie named Scout and he is her best friend! When she is not at work she loves working out & being active, going to the beach, and spending time with her dog!
